A new preprint article “Prophages are Infrequently Associated With Antibiotic Resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa Clinical Isolates” shows that prophages are not involved in the transmission of antibiotic resistance genes at least in the clinical strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
