Phageologist
Definition: Indicating a person skilled or involved in studying the biology of phages or bacteriophages. ‘Phage‘ refers to bacteriophage, a living virus and ‘-logist‘ refers to a person who is skilled or involved in any branch of study.
Why don’t we consider this as a branch of study and a person involved in studying phage biology/research as a specialist?
